Requirement List for Personal Finance
1. Page 1 and 2 of the application form completed.
2. Copy of ID (Note that ID Card must be front and Back)
3. Copy of Valid Motorcycle learners/License
4. Proof of address not older than 3 months
5. Proof of income/ 3 Months latest payslip
6. 3 months’ bank statement
7. If Self-employed then 6 months’ bank statements
NOTE: All documents must be scanned using a scanner or printer, no Cam Scan or photos will be accepted.
